Background

From 1993 to 1997 I studied drawing and painting (fine art) at Duncan of Jordanstone, focusing on single figured potraits that were greatly influenced by the old masters.

After graduating I won a travelling scholarship to florence to study for a further three months.

After returning I continued to paint, supporting myself from my work and showing throughout the country, from group shows to several one-man exhibitons.
